This year continues to feel like one of the best years in gaming since 2017. Highlights of the year if you’ve not kept up include Street Fighter 6<\/a>, Final Fantasy 16<\/a>, The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom<\/a>, Octopath Traveler II<\/a>, Hi Fi Rush<\/a>, and more. Last month saw many games I’ve enjoyed playing like Trails into Reverie<\/a>, Atelier Marie Remake<\/a>, Nobunaga’s Ambition: Awakening<\/a>, and more release. August 2023 begins with Akiba’s Trip: Undead & Undressed – Director’s Cut<\/a> hitting Switch. There are more games coming, but the month is mostly back-loaded with Armored Core VI, Norn9: Last Era, Samba de Amigo, and more. As usual, I\u2019ll update this if any other Japanese games releasing in August 2023 are announced.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
