This trailer highlights new characters from Master Detective Archives: Rain Code. The World Detective Organization Pt 2 trailer showcases five new characters and reveals the voices behind the rules. The digital novel How to Be a Master Detective: A Yakou Furio Case is an original, newly written story about the younger days of Yakou Furio, the head of the Nocturnal Detective Agency. It will be a prequel to the main story of the game. It contains no spoilers and can be read before playing the game. The digital novel is supervised by Kazutaka Kodaka, main scenario writer for Master Detectives Archives: Rain Code, and it has been written by Yoichiro Koizumi.

The final box art for the game looks fantastic. Check out the official website here. Following the Master Detective Archives: Rain Code Switch new characters revealed today, I’m curious to see if we get a demo for the game in the lead up to its June launch. Hopefully this runs a lot better than the Danganronpa Decadence release did on Nintendo Switch when it released.
